HD Professional Refund and Returns Policy

Overview
Your Australian Consumer Law (ACL) rights and our change-of-mind policy apply to all goods, including sale items, without limiting ACL protections.

ACL Consumer Guarantees
Products must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If they fail:
•  Major Failure: Choose refund or replacement.
•  Minor Failure: We may repair, replace, or refund.

Change-of-Mind Returns
Within 21 days, unused items in original packaging qualify for refund/exchange. No change-of-mind returns for opened products due to health risks. Sale items included.

Refunds/Exchanges
Approved refunds/replacements processed within 7–14 business days after inspection. Email us if delayed.

Shipping Returns
•  Faulty Goods: We cover return shipping. Contact us for instructions.
•  Change-of-Mind: You pay non-refundable return shipping. Please use trackable shipping.
