Cath Collins’ journey to becoming a skincare authority is built on over 25 years of dedicated experience. A fully qualified beauty therapist, Cath honed her skills in London, working with exclusive cosmetic houses before returning to Australia. There, she took the helm of a leading salon in Sydney’s eastern suburbs and later shared her knowledge as a teacher at a prominent Sydney college.
In 2000, Cath realised her dream of business ownership by opening her first salon on the Sunshine Coast. Just five years later, her commitment to excellence was recognised with the prestigious Australian Beauty Awards for Business of the Year and Beauty Therapist of the Year — two of the industry’s highest honours. She went on to establish Studio Cath, which quickly became one of the Sunshine Coast’s most recognised and respected beauty destinations, generating over $1M in revenue during its first two years of operation. It was here that Cath founded HD Skincare, working with leading laboratories across Australia and abroad to develop her own exclusive skincare formulations, driven by a singular vision: to create products that deliver visible results without compromising skin comfort.
